Confirmation
Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Secreteriat (Congressline Ltd.) upon receipt of registration and payment. If the confirmation has not been received after 1 week of the application, please do not hesitate to contact the Secreteriat via email at golob@congressline.hu. Payments sent within 5 days prior a live event may not be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender.

Card number with expiry date, card holder’s name, billing address of the cardholder, CVC code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card where the signature is – only in case of VISA and EC/MC) are needed.
 Event cancellation policy
All cancellations and requests for changes must be sent to the Secreteriat (Congressline Ltd.) in written form. For refunds please advise your bank account details.
Full Cancellation:Â 100% refund (minus 50 EUR administrative fee) in case of cancelling all registered courses; cancellation should be received at least 4 weeks prior to the first chosen course.
Partial Cancellation:Â in case of cancelling any of the prepaid courses, the difference between the non-cancelled parts (counted on their full fee) and the prepaid amount may be refunded. Cancellation should be received at least 4 weeks prior to the cancelled course.
No refund is given where cancellation is received less than 4 weeks before any course (as we are unable to reduce our costs at short notice).
Terms and Conditions online videos
RegeneratÃv Medicina Ltd, hereinafter referred to as ‘RegeneratÃv Medicina’ or ‘the Company,’ is trading as ‘Pain School International.’ By accessing or using any services, including but not limited to online videos, provided by RegeneratÃv Medicina Ltd under the trading name ‘Pain School International,’ you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined herein. The Terms and Conditions govern the use of Pain School International’s services and form a legally binding agreement between the user and RegeneratÃv Medicina Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pain School International’s online videos, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional Terms and Conditions that may be provided for specific services or features. Pain School International reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. Access to Online Videos
(a) User Account: In order to access the online training videos, you are required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
(b) Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Pain School International is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Online Videos Content
(a) Ownership: All content provided in the online videos, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pain School International or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
(b) License: Pain School International grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not download, modify, reproduce, or distribute the content without the express written consent of Pain School International.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
(a) Payment: Payment for access to the online videos is required in advance. Payment methods and pricing information are provided on the Pain School International website.
(b) Refunds: Refunds may be issued for technical issues that prevent access to the online training videos, provided the issue is reported within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the specified time frame. Please include your order number and the reason for your refund request.
5. Use of Online Training Videos
(a) Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any conduct that is disruptive, harmful, or in violation of any applicable laws while using the online videos. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access, distribution of malware, and harassment of other users.
(b) Termination of Access: Pain School International reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the online videos at its discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Pain School International provides the online videos “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Pain School International does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pain School International shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the online training videos.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian Court.
