FRCA, MD ANAESTHESIA
After qualifying as a medical doctor, she completed six years of postgraduate training in anaesthesia in India. She completed MD anaesthesia with a gold medal in 2002 and worked in the premier tertiary care center in Delhi, India.
In 2005, Dr Kansal moved to UK and undertook further specialist training in Anaesthesia & Pain Management across various hospitals. She completed advanced pain training from Royal Victoria Infirmary (RVI), Newcastle upon Tyne and James Cook University Hospital (JCUH), Middlesbrough. After completing her anaesthetic and pain training, she pursued further interventional interest with post CCT fellowship in Neuromodulation at the JCUH, Middlesbrough. She has been a consultant in pain management & Anaesthesia in the NHS since 2016. In addition to his consultancy work, Dr Kansal is actively involved in research projects and education.
She is skilled in all the mainstream interventional and non-interventional pain management techniques such as:

Outside of work, Dr Kansal enjoys music and spending time with his family and friends.
